Twaalulilwa is a school that lies on the boundary of Namibia and Angola.  The old school was destroyed during the war of independence and the new school was established on
28 January 2001.

Twaalulilwa began with only two female teachers, Helena Kwaalio and Selma Kawiiwa.  We had only 120 learners in 2001 and eventually more teachers were admitted to teach and the number of learners grew to our present population of 260.  Quite a number of parents are not able to read and write as they had not received even basic education during the war years.  Therefore, education is still considered to be a privilege for the youngsters and thanks to the initiative of Ms. Selma Kawiiwa the school provides a perspective for the children to become independent and well-educated adults.
